I am Dr. Jan, Paopa-nga Phumsatan. Specialist Emergency Physician working as a freelance physician.

Now I am turning to 35 years old. I am really concern about health problem than ever. I used to be a hard working and hard playing person. I have to many health problem since I was young eg. insomnia, chronic stomach problem, office syndrom and presbyopia.
